good price for plants. good correspondence informing me when plants were dispatched. and the plants arrived on time in good condition

Plants arrived well packaged and quickly.

Kept informed at every stage regarding order confirmation, including anything on back order/ delayed despatch. Available items delivered promptly and in good condition. Will order again.

As ever, good healthy plants arrived in excellent condition. My only issue is they were encased in a plastic protective holder rather than a moulded cardboard one and they came in a box twice as high as the contents. So I would hope Gardening Direct are actively sourcing more sustainable packaging wherever they can and organising themselves to minimise wasteful packaging.

Have Used Gardening Direct for all my flowers at The Bubble In Coton for the last 2 years and they are always very lovely

Very helpful person answered all my questions and some of my plants arrived a few days after I had ordered them.

The plants were fine but all three planters that came as part of the blueberry grow pack were broken and unusable.Delivery was excellent and pricing fair.

We have spent hundreds of pounds for many years with this company. Last year (2022) the plants were awful, over half of them died. When I complained nothing was done , they were not interested. They don’t care about loyalty only about getting your money so be advised if you have a problem with your plants nothing will be done about it . I am so disappointed with this company.

My original order was changed without consulting me . Some of the products were not available , yet I was not given the option to look else where . You took a payment minus the items that you could not deliver .
Not a 100% good experience for me .
